Assembly is quick and easy with no further adjustments required, whether you fly our StratoFins or your own homemade rocket or FTC (Fluorescent Tube Cover) rocket, thanks to the screw-on nozzle.

How High Will It Fly?
StratoLauncher IV will propel a 2 liter plastic (PET) soda pop bottle over 350 feet in the sky. The restricted nozzle lifts off 3–6 times slower than typical water rocket launchers (depending on PSI), so you can actually see the blast-off — yet the rocket flies equal to or higher than fast-launching designs. The nozzle also needs only 1 cup (237 ml) of water per launch for optimum performance, though you're free to experiment. Fill the funnel to the brim and stop.
Which Bottles Fit? (.5L–2L Bottle Compatibility)
This 2 liter bottle rocket launcher also supports most .5L, 1L, 1.25L, and 2L soda bottles, at air pressures as low as 15 PSI and up to 120 PSI. A built-in 125 PSI safety valve protects the system. *Important:* a rocket will NOT fly straight without an aerodynamic nose cone — make one from a second soda bottle.
