Tall 28mm PCO bottle cap used for retaining the StratoCone bracket onto a soda bottle sleeve or spliced water rocket. This bottle cap will work on most soda PET bottles, but is designed for the older (pre-2012) PCO 1810 thread on our 1.5L bottle. Depending on the application the cap retaining ring may need to be removed to fit properly.
